Brad Ewing is a printer and visual artist working across many disciplines including painting, collage, and printmaking. Says Ewing of his practice, “I am constantly trying to understand the properties of color, as viewed in nature, in still photographs, and in the shifting view in front of my eyes.” 

Ewing’s work has been shown in New York at International Print Center New York, Lower East Side Printshop, Dieu Donne, the RISD Alumni Biennial, and in Washington at the Seattle Art Museum. Ewing is the founder of Marginal Editions, a fine art press that prints and publishes artists’ editions. He is also a master printer for Grenfell Press. Ewing is also the co-founder of Planthouse Gallery, a project space that exhibits and publishes emerging and established artists.
